“We met Myrick at an open house that he was conducting for one of his properties. At the time, we were not working with an agent so we took his business card as we admired his skill in presenting his unit and we felt comfortable with his personality. What we liked was that it mattered not that we were going to pass on his particular property. Instead, it was his willingness to help us find the perfect spot for us that got our attention. After an initial meeting or two, we put together a plan outlining what type of properties we were interested in. We then sent Myrick off to work his magic.Myrick stayed on course and sourced a number of interesting opportunities for us. We also uncovered a few of our own. At the end of the day, we focused on units at a new SOMA condo development. The popularity of the development led us to imagine we were back in 2000 with so much interest in the complex and units flying off the shelf! “My experience working with Myrick began as a casual conversation about how I was perhaps looking to purchase a property with some very specific characteristics. Myrick suggested that I should actually focus more on characteristics different from those that I had first mentioned to him (challenging my reasoning and explaining why the whole time) and then suggested a few properties for me to view. “We recently had the opportunity to purchase a San Francisco condominium using Myrick Tantiado of Alain Pinel Realtors as our agent.
